In line with the section 40 (7) of the Public Procurement Act, the Public Procurement Regulations 2008 made by the Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development under section 61 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), and Directive No. 10 issued pursuant to section 7 of the PPA, a public body is required to cause a notice of the procurement contract to be published in its website and in the public procurement portal of the Policy Office within 7 days of the signature of the contract.

The notice shall refer to the announcement of the procurement published at the commencement of the procurement proceedings and shall include the subject matter of the procurement, the name and address of the successful bidder, the contract price and uploading of a scanned copy of the following documents:

• • letter of acceptance;

• • signed contract agreement form;

• • bid submission form;

• • addenda, if any; and

• • special or particular conditions of contract.

The information shall be updated with amendments or variations made during the course of implementation of the contract.
